Payment Information and Conference Registration Fee

Early Registration Fee: Rs. 50,000 or US$ 1,200 (payment to be received on or before February 29, 2012)
Regular Registration Fee: Rs. 60,000 or US$ 1,400 (payment received between March 1 and March 31, 2012)
Late/On-Site Registration Fee: Rs. 70,000 or US$ 1,600 (payment received from April 1, 2012 onwards)

Upon receipt of your registration information and payment, a letter of confirmation will be sent to you via email. HVS reserves the right to accept/reject the registration.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Request received on or before March 3, 2012 will be subject to a deduction of US$ 100 or Rs. 5,000.
Request received between March 4, 2012 and March 31, 2012 will be subject to a deduction of US$ 200 or Rs. 10,000.
No refund would be made for cancellation request received after March 31, 2012 or for No Shows.
