By entering your details in the fields above, you agree to allow the organisers of the Hotel investment conference and companies associated with this event to contact you (by mail, email or fax) regarding their services. If you do not wish to receive such communications please contact us in writing. As a registered delegate your name, designation, and company details will be placed on the attendee list which will be passed to sponsoring companies and to all attendees (in the conference pack and on a search facility on our website accessible by a password) for them to see who else is at the conference for the purpose of networking and meetings. If you do not wish your details to be included on the delegates list please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As a registered delegate, starting 2 weeks prior to the conference, you will be able to log into our system and look up other registered delegates and speakers attending the conference. You can send meeting requests to other delegates (email address, phone numbers and other personal details are not shared unless a delegate accepts your meeting request). Similarly, other delegates can also send you meeting requests (unless you wish to opt-out of HICSA Live Networking feature). Delegates can opt-out of HICSA Live Networking at the time of registration or send an email to email@example.com to opt-out at any time.

HICSA management reserves the right to qualify all registrants and allow or prohibit anyone from attending the event.
The registration fees payable in advance and includes presentations, documentation, refreshment breaks, lunches, and evening receptions.
In order to qualify for any of the above early bird rates, your booking and payment must be received before the deadline date listed on the brochure. To avoid missing this, we recommend securing payment with a credit card on registration.
A confirmation letter will be sent to you on receipt of your booking. Payment must be received before the conference date. If payment is not received, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment with a personal credit card.
We appreciate that sometime you are unable to attend, in which case we are happy to welcome a substitute delegate. Please let us know within five working days of the conference in writing to confirm this. Should substitution not be possible, cancellations made before 6th March will be subject to deduction of US$ 100 or Rs. 5,000. Cancellations made between 6th March and 31st March will be subject to deduction of US$ 200 or Rs. 10,000. We regret that no refunds can be made after 31st March. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing.
In the unlikely event that a speaker cancels, every effort will be made to find a replacement speaker of equivalent experience.
The organisers reserve the right to make alterations to the conferences programme, venue and timings at any time.
Please note that only registered delegates are allowed to attend the sessions and related events (such as cocktails and meals). Spouses and/or additional attendees accompanying the delegates will require a pass to attend any part of the conference/functions. We always provide vegetarian options at our conferences, but please inform us if you need us to cater for any other dietary requirements.
